Getting to Know Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in New York State and Florida. I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University.
During my training in university counseling and with veterans, I became passionate about helping men break the cycle of suffering in silence. Our work will allow you to experience how vulnerability can actually be a strength for you and for your relationships.
From my background in creative writing and music writing, I bring to therapy my interest in exploring the uniqueness of what it means to be you. I believe everyone has the capacity for transformative change when you get the space you need to feel both truly accepted and challenged to grow.
I look forward to creating that space with you.
