Getting to Know Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in New York State and Florida. I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University.
From my work with men across the age span, I care about breaking the cycle of suffering in silence. If you've ever felt judged, misunderstood, criticized, or just nervous to open up, I'm here to provide you a new experience: one where you can be understood and accepted, no matter how dark things have gotten. Our work will show you how openness and honesty can be a strength for you and for your relationships.
From my background in creative writing and music writing, I bring to therapy my interest in embracing the uniqueness of what it means to be you. I believe everyone has the capacity for transformative change when you get the space you need to feel both truly accepted and challenged to grow.
I look forward to creating that space with you.
