Fees and Insurance

Individual Psychotherapy

I provide individual therapy remotely in New York State and in Florida.

Sessions are approximately 50 minutes and are typically scheduled at the same time each week so you can have a consistent time that's all yours. Sessions may be scheduled more or less frequently depending on your needs.

Insurance And Fees

I am in-network with Northwell Direct and Wellfleet (NYU Student Insurance), which means you are responsible for your copay.

While I am out-of-network for all other insurance plans, many commercial insurances provide reimbursement for a large portion of therapy costs (60-80%). I'll provide you with necessary documentation to receive reimbursement.

My session fee is $300.

I also offer some sliding scale spots and we can discuss more when we talk. My goal is to get you the support you need, so please don't hesitate to reach out with questions. If I'm not the right match for you, I will try to help you find additional options.
